- Our custom scheduling allows you to pick
the best lesson time that fits you family's
busy schedule.

Absence/Illness
- You are allowed One excused absence per
10 lessons. Your end date will be extended
by one week.
- If a student is too sick to participate,
please stay home and get better.

Cancellations
- Cancellations before start date will
receive full refund/credit.
- Cancellations after start date will
receive 50% refund of remaining balance.
- Siblings are welcome to finish remaining
lessons if original student is unable to
finish.

Freezing
- This allows you to stop your lessons
temporarily, but you will lose 2 lessons.
- Please call to reschedule your lesson's
day and time when you are ready to resume.
