absence per 10 lessons. Your end
date will be extended by one week.

Freezing
This allows you to stop your lessons
temporarily, but you will lose 2
lessons.

Cancellations
Cancellations before start date will
receive full refund/credit.
Cancellations after start date will
receive 50% refund of remaining balance.
Siblings are welcome to finish
remaining lessons if original student is
