Your end date will be extended by one week. If student is too sick to participate, please stay home and get well.

Hassle Free Registration Our custom scheduling allows you to pick the best lesson time that fits your family's busy lifestyle.Please be sure to fill out the entire form. Allow 2-3 business days for our Maki staff to contact you. Registration Fee There is a $50 one-time only registration fee due for all new families with Maki Swim School. This registration fee is good for all immediate family members and good for the entire lifetime with Maki Swim!		Cancellations Cancellations before start date will receive full refund/credit. Cancellations after start date will receive 50% refund of remaining balance. Siblings are welcome to finish remaining lessons if original student is unable to finish.
